OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

The hiring process may vary depending on the nature of the position.

(1)Application
  • Please fill out our online application (tip – don’t forget to upload your resume!)
(2)Phone Screen
  • A member of our Talent Acquisition team will contact selected candidates to set-up a phone screen. Tell us a little about yourself and why you’re excited about The Bountiful Company
(3)Interview with Hiring Manager
  • Upon submission of your resume to the hiring manager, selected candidates will have the chance to further discuss their experience (in-person, over the phone or video) and find out more about the role.
(4)Offer
  • We’re excited and want you to join The Bountiful Company family! Please note, offers are conditional upon successful completion of pre-employment procedures, including criminal background screening and drug testing.

(5)Pre-Employment Onboarding
  • A member of our HR Operations team will contact you upon acceptance of the offer to begin the pre-employment onboarding process.
