Job Description

The Inspector verifies the quality and integrity of softgel products, adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect.

This position is for 3rd shift; 11:00pm-7:30am.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Visually inspect softgels and remove unacceptable softgels
  • Operate polish machines
  • Operate sizing machines
  • Set scales with proper quantities
  • Fill cartons with product, label cartons and stack on pallets
  • Move pallets with hand jack
  • Clean trays with alcohol/water solution and stack trays to a height of no more than 75 inches

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred
  • Military experience a plus
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions
