Job Description

We are currently seeking an External Supply Auditor to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual to support the qualification, requalification, monitoring, and feedback of the supplier base.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform supplier qualification activities involving sending and reviewing supplier qualification surveys, communicating with suppliers when additional information is needed, and providing management with status updates.
  • Send, review, and oversee the supplier corrective action process.
  • Asses corrective actions to determine if responses are appropriate.
  • Send and review supplier quality agreements.
  • Process supplier qualification documentation in our document control system.
  • Manage global supplier history files.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of supplier management software, including; data entry, transferring files, linking files within software, and similar activities.
  • Support and perform supplier audits.
  • Support the development and delivery of supplier scorecards.
  • Process document changes in our document control system.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, biology, chemistry, business, or related technical discipline.
  • Candidates with other forms of education will be considered with appropriate experience.
  • 2-5 years experience in this field, in addition to related Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-5 years experience in supplier and laboratory audits.
  • Auditor Certification preferred.
  • GMP knowledge, 21 CFR 111, and 21 CFR 117 knowledge preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Computer skills required, including the use of Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, and our internal document control system.
  • Up to 50% travel in US. Position is carried out in an office setting and remote work when traveling.
