Job Description

The Contract Recruiter will work with our Supply Chain Talent Acquisition Team:

  • Working on Exempt and Non-Exempt roles
  • Reviewing and dispositioning candidates based on job posting requirements.
  • Recruiting for select assigned vacancies, to include screening, shortlisting, submitting, scheduling, and offers.
  • Scheduling interviews; 
  • Vacancy management; inputs details within the applicant tracking system and launches for required approvals.
  • Generating reports and/or managing tracking lists leveraging Excel.
  • Arranging and overseeing the logistics for TA events, i.e. career fairs.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Experience working with multiple tools and systems, i.e. applicant tracking systems, resume databases, Outlook, Excel, expense systems
  • Demonstrated ability to create and follows documented processes with a strong understanding of legal compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or closely related strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision, relies on experience, and exercises independent judgment.
  • Must be flexible to travel as needed; may include overnight.
